Refreshed And Ready

So I am back from my holidays and things are clear in my mind and in place ready for the next chapter in my Reiki Journey. Next Tuesday I take my Reiki Level 2 Practitioner Level which means I am unleashed on the world. I'm looking forward to my day with Debra Goldston, my teacher and principle of the Clear Intentions College in Willenhall. My website is being built, my pricing structure is in place and most importantly the Reiki is flowing and getting stronger by the day. My confidence is growing along with my ability to turn to Reiki at the drop of a hat which is a wonderful feeling. I have 10 minutes here and there (as well as my nightly ritual) and feel the benefits daily. Above all else I know that this path is right path and over time will bring me happiness and fulfillment on so many different levels and with a bit of luck a career to match!!

Prior to my holiday I visited a friend who had two dogs. He wouldn't let them in at first  because one was a little frisky with strangers. It got to the point that he had to let them in because of their yaps and barking where drowning out our putting the world to writes. It was funny because my friend is an open sceptic to all things spiritual and during our long conversation his dog kept coming back for more Reiki! My hand was burning and she was as calm as anything and to his surprise didn't bark. She then proceed to lick me which I took as a thank you, she then disappeared back in the other room. It didn't occur to me what I was doing for about 10 minutes until I felt the heat in my hand. Reiki never ceases to amaze me!

I thought it would be nice to explain what I do during Reiki to Helen before I go to sleep and get her to try it to. She felt real warmth in her hands and a state of calmness during her experiences and dropped off very quickly. (Snoring like a trooper!) I know I keep harping on about it but 'me time' is so important. If you can clear your head before sleeping you WILL get a much better nights sleep.

I feel a bit of a blogfest over the next week or so! Batten down the hatches it could get hot!
