Firstly I'm really relieved that I've opened up and told everyone of my journey, it really feels like a big weight is lifted off my shoulders.In the not too distant future when I am qualified, I hope I can share with you a Reiki session and you will then understand the benefits and the feel good factor!
My self healing was continued at work on Thursday and Friday and in between running and waiting for reports I could have a quick shot of Reiki when I felt the need. I really do notice a change in my energy levels in the afternoons and I am really going off the taste of coffee. Now anyone that knows me understands my need for coffee during the working day. Not any more I'd much rather have a cup of tea! Whats that all about? I do know that deep down my desire to look and listen to my body has gone in to overdrive...either way its all for the greater good. I've also noticed the energy around me more and feel that the world isn't going quite as quickly around me. The music I play at night is really chilling us out and I seem to be sleeping so much better, as does my wife. So all in all I'm reaping the benefits of Reiki and all that comes with it!
This blog entry is a bit fragmented because I had to leave it half finished Saturday afternoon and as i write this its Sunday evening! Today was my second business module and we spent the day going through our profit and loss as a business and I am struggling to know where to start with pricing myself in the market of holistic and alternative therapy! I'm sure a good nights sleep will make things clearer for me! Yet again on my dinner hour at college I had 15 minutes self Reiki and it really helped clear my head for the afternoon session. I bloody love Reiki!
